1. Bontgoch Corn Mill dates from the mid to later 19th century. It was a water-powered corn-mill, marked on 1904 OS mapping as Melin Y Bontgoch. Built of rubble stone with a slate roof, it is a single rectangular building built into a slope. The north side has a door into the first floor with a timber lintel and 20th century metal door. The east end has a large 14' overshot iron wheel made by Davies of Machynlleth.
