ii] Also known as Aberystwyth Infirmary and Cardiganshire General Hospital (1838 - 1936), and Aberystwyth and Cardiganshire General Hospital (1936 - 1966). The North Road site was in operation from 1888-1966; latterly as a Geriatric Unit, which was closed and demolished in 1998.
