DisgrifiadOriginating in a nineteenth-century welfare scheme for local miners, the Cwmtwrch Welfare Hall was constructed in the inter-war years following the transfer of the freehold of the land in the 1920s. A children's playground is attached. The building remains in use as a welfare hall providing for the local community.
