DisgrifiadSt John's church is located on the north side of Bryncelyn Road at its junction with Church Road. It was built, in a plain lancet style, in the late nineteenth century. It is rubble built with finer dressings to windows and doorway. The church consists of nave and chancel in a single chamber, west single bellcote, and south-west gabled porch. It is lit through lancet windows, single, pairs and threes. Its simplicity is taken to reflect the religious allegiances of the village which contains several nonconformist chapels.
