Garizim Methodist Chapel was built in 1868 in the Simple Round-Headed style of the gable entry type, possibly to the design of architect Thomas Thomas of Landore, who is likely to have designed the neighbouring Welsh Independent chapel in the same year.

The chapel has been converted into three maisonettes.
