Rhos Y Gad Methodist Chapel was built in 1785, rebuilt in 1836 and rebuilt again in 1873. The present chapel, dated 1873, is built in the Sub-Classical style of the gable-entry type, to the design of architct Richard Owens of Liverpool. Rhos y Gad is now Grade 2 Listed as a small urban chapel, ambitiously designed for its scale and with a fine interior.
