DescriptionThe Wesleyan Methodist Chapel was first built in 1874, being altered or rebuilt in 1897. The present building is built in the Simple Gothic style, as a gable entry type. THe central door has a pointed headed light over it with Y-tracery reflecting the tall windows of the same form which flank it. Over the doorway is a triple window with plain, pointed-headed outer lights and a larger central light with Y-tracery. In the apex of the gable is a pointed-headed ventilation opening and a plaque inscribed WESLEYAN CHURCH ERECTED 1897.
