Saron Baptist Chapel was built in 1884 by architect J J Evans of Treorchy. This chapel was then modified in 1892 (first vestry), 1907 (current vestry and Sunday school) and 1924 (interior refurbishment). This chapel is built in the Lombardic/Italian style with two storeys, a gable entry plan and round headed windows. Saron is now Grade 2 Listed.
