Description
OAN field survey, located by GPS to an accuracy of +/- 1m. Ruined building located approximately 150m north east of Park Mine, New shaft complex (NMR - 159247), and possibly related to it. The ruin consists of a two celled structure, (each being of equal size). The walls surviving up to three courses high in places. Longest sides are orientated north west-south east, the ruin is 10m long by 5m wide. The walls themselves are constructed of medium-large angular square cut rough masonry facing blocks mortared together with a rubble core. These are up to a maximum 0.8m wide by 0.5m high. 2002/10/09/OAN/PJS
