A quartz boulder, 0.6m high x 0.6m wide, which may be a standing. There appear to be packing stones on its west side (DAT 1998). White quartz standing stone, approx. 1m square. Located at edge of slope. No visible markings. Appears to have an association with an apparent stone row of 7 much smaller stones only 2-3m to SSE. These stones are only just protruding through the present ground surface, as such are hard to discern at first. Being of white quartz, the large stone is very visible from distance . R.S.
