Description
A group of three possible cairns, the first of which is a roughly circular cairn with a diameter of approx. 1m. The likely capstone has collapsed into a small void, and the feature is defined at its south side by an edge of laid stones - presumably a cist. The second feature is a rough pile of stones, spreading 2m, which is located between two boulders found 2m north of the first cairn. 4m to the north of the second feature is the third, formed of stones piled against a boulder that measures 1m by 1.5m. The overall dimensions of this earthwork are 1.5m by 2m. Noted during an upland survey conducted by Archaeophysica during 2005-6
