DescriptionA circular pile of stone, measuring approx. 0.8m in diameter, consisting of stones laid radially around a central depression which contains more stones. Up to two layers of radial stones are visible, giving a maximum height of about 0.3m. Perhaps a form of cairn, this feature seems too small and with insufficient stone to have originally been a type of shelter. Noted during an upland survey conducted by Archaeophysica during 2005-6
