A large stone-built wheel pit, still largely intact when visited in July 2006, apart from the eastern short wall. Externally the pit was 14.10m east-west by 3.65m and was up to 3.65m deep internally. A building lay directly to the north side of the wheel pit, a 0.20m gap between the two. This building was much collapsed and measured 7.25m east-west by up to 4.4m. The state of collapse meant that it was hard to determine the internal structure of the building. A small stone structure was attached to the southeast corner of the wheel pit measuring 3.3m by 2.2m.
