Description
Llangristiolus standing stone is an erect slab, 2.3m high, 0.6m wide and 0.16m thick. The stone is not shown on early editions of OS County series (Anglesey XVIII.7 1888-1920) and stands close by a disused quarry. It is possible that this is a comparatively recent cattle rubbing stone rather than an ancient ritual monument.
