Description
Earthworks thought to represent the remains of a medieval motte: a rather subcircular banked and ditched enclosure, about 26m in diameter, crowning the butt-end of an east-facing ridge, showing a north-facing entrance. The motte is situated some 100m north of St Peter's Church (NPRN 103767) and the two would have been contemporary.
