A broad Georgian building; 3 storeys high and has a 3 window stucco front. A slate roof with bracket eaves and a red brick end chimney stack. The 1st floor has 12-pane sashes whilst the 2nd has 6-pane. The ground floor has tripartite small pane sash windows which flank the central doorcase; ionic pilasters, arched entrance and double doors with traceried fanlight.
