Nos 35 and 37 Terrace Road are built in the same style and were formerly the premises of Thomas Ellis & Co., drapers. Both are three storeys high; the street frontage of no. 37 has two windows to each floor whilst no. 35 has a magnificant large semi-circular window at first floor level and three windows to the second floor. Ellis' closed in the 1980s; no. 35 is currently a bookshop, whilst no. 37 was combined with no. 39 and is currently an Air Ambulance charity shop.
