DescriptionVictoria House, formerly the Victoria Tavern, now the Treehouse shop, is a nineteenth century, stuccoed, three-storey building with oriel windows, under a slate roof. It occupies a corner site; the corner is chamfered and has a recently restored statue of young Queen Victoria with an orb and sceptre. The statue is probably a former ships figurehead but the vessel from which it came has not been identified.
