Site Description
1. 15th century, stone, 2 storey, slate roof, 4' thick walls, stone barrel vault, early roof trusses, wide fire with beam, spiral stone stair.
2. A two storey, probably 15th c., block, stone built of two storeys, the lower storey and a cellar at the S end are both vaulted, whilst the appartment/s on the upper floor were open to the roof.
Remodelled c.1600, involving near complete refenestration. The house is thought to have lost its gentle status, c.1760, the E wing was added in the 19th c.
