A 3-storey structure with 3-window coursed rubble fronts. The roof is slate with bracket eaves and rubble chimney stacks. There are small pane sash windows to the 1st and 2nd floor and a dummy window to the centre of the 2nd floor. Ground floor: double bowed shop front with small pane glazing pilasters and dentil cornice; recessed entrance with double doors and traceried fanlight.
