A malt house shown on a c.1790 map: It is a coursed rubble 3-storey building, with a slate roof and a 2 window street frontage. Left hand bay is advanced and gable ended with a projecting gabled canopy to hoist. Voussoir lintels to openings. Malt drying kiln adjoins at the rear (see nprn 33285).
