'Site of Battle' is marked on the first, second and third editions of the Ordnance Survey 1:2500 mapping (but not on the fourth edition) in a hollow called Pant-y-cae (nprn 54457) at the western end of Mynydd Brombil. The battle is not mentioned in J.E.Lloyd, 'History of Wales', 1954. There is no further information at present.
