The Wagon works at East Moors built and repaired railway wagons. The company changed ownership in the following sequence:

1877 - Cardiff and South Wales Wagon Co. Ltd.
1888 ? Cardiff Rolling Stock company
1906 ? Cambrian Wagon Co Ltd.
1930's - Gueret, Llewellyn and Merrett
1950's - Cambrian Wagon and Engineering Co. Ltd.
1965 - Powell Duffryn Engineering Co. Ltd.

The company went into liquidation in 1967.
