DescriptionDescribed as 'rocky prongs' stretching out southwesterly and northwesterly from Castle Point, Pen Cwningen being the north western extremity. Admiralty Sailing Directions suggest that they may be cleared by 'keeping all the farmhouse on the face of Clarach hill open to the northward of a conspicous sugar load rock, Carreg Fulfran, lying at the foor of Craig Lais'.
