A symmetrical 4 storey building; originates from the initial promenade development at the start of the 19th century. A 3 window wide rendered facade. The roof is of slate with a rubble chimney stacks and boarded eaves. Sash windows as well as bay windows with cornices flanking the main central modern entrance.
