Clive house is part of a short terrace at the N end of Marine Terrace. Built circa 1868, this Victorian terrace is similar in style to the late Georgian Promenade. It has four storeys and a bay window to the side of the front door. The frontage is rendered with channelled ground floors and plinths. Slate roofs, stock brick chimney stacks and wide bracket eaves.
