A 3-storeys high, 5-window front, brick building with slate roof and red brick chimney. Ground floor has double doors to the centre flanked by shop fronts with plain brackets to fascia. End bay windows with projecting moulded brackets. The 1st floor middle bays have tall casement windows, above which is moulded stucco with an inscription dating the building as 1896.
