Bethel Baptist Chapel was built in 1849 in the Vernacular style of the long-wall entry type. The reading desk dates from the late nineteenth century and has painted text inside. The gallery is supported on slender cast-iron columns. Bethel is now Grade 2 Listed as an attractive, unaltered village chapel.
