Description
Hope Methodist Chapel was originally built in 1861 for Baptist use, and was restored and enlarged in 1930. The present chapel, dated 1861, is built in the Vernacular style of the long-wall entry type, with an adjoining chapel house at one end and schoolroom at the other. Hope is now Grade 2 Listed for its architectural interest as a well preserved chapel, house and vestry.
