Rhiw Methodist Chapel was built in 1856, enlarged in 1859 and rebuilt in 1868. The 1868 chapel was built in the Romanesque style of the long-wall entry type, with a large arch in the facade. A Schoolroom was added in 1889. By 1998 Rhiw had ben convertd for residential use.
