In a track which joins the modern Brynamman-Llangadog road at SN70481928 can be seen a former crossing over Nant Cennen. The track, which is revetted where it crosses undulating ground, becomes a boulder-constructed causeway on the west bank of the river, where it measures 7m long, 3m wide and 1.5m high. On the east bank the track has been eroded.
