This site is depicted on the OS 25 inch plans of Brecknocks 1888,1904, XXXIV:11. This shows orchards, a conservatory, fountain, pond, picturesque walks through shrubberies or arboreta, and a walled garden pathed with St George's Cross and with a greenhouse set in the N wall. The fountain looks redundant by 1904. THe whole appears to be terraced slightly on the W side.
