Farm house with Jacobean features having two walled gardens, which , according to Francis Jones and Sian Thomas (pers comm) has two large adjacent walled gardens. 'the upper one for flowers, strawberries, etc, the lower used as an orchard, ....at the rear of the house...said to be haunted by a ghost'.

This garden is depicted on the Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25-inch map of Carmarthenshire XLVI, sheet 12 (1906). It is unclear to which Jones's account refers when mentioning the functions of the gardens, though the more southwesterly was certainly a n depicted as an orchard.
