Site Description This record comprises a documentary reference to a casualty which has been assigned to the maritime named location NEAR SWANSEA pending more information which may allow a more precise location for the loss to be assigned.

Although not precisely located on the seabed, any remains of this aircraft are designated as a Controlled Site under the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986. Event and Historical Information:
This Beaufighter was assigned to 125 Sqaudron. The aircraft crashed during a forced landing near Swansea on 26 May 1942.
