Description
Cledan Methodist Chapel was built c.1860 in the Vernacular style . It was stone-built with a slate roof and a long-wall entry plan, situated at end of an outbuilding range. Springs underneath the chapel led to subsidence of the gable wall and abandonment of the building for religious purposes during the 1960's. The present occupier of Ty Hamon is a descendant of the previous owners who gave/ permitted use of the land as a chapel site.
