Description
Pentre Baptist Church was built in 1850 in the Vernacular style. It is a rendered and white-washed stone chapel with a later brick lean-to porch which abuts a large nineteenth century whitewashed stone lean-to at the front end of the right hand side. There is a blank entrance in the gable end. The brick rear gable is also white-washed, and the roof is slated with red ridge tiles. The twelve-pane windows have frosted glass and the openings have chambered heads.
