Small, single storey 17th C. building, comprising single room crog loft cottage to the east, and single room barn to the west, set within 14 acre smallholding.

Building became uninhabited during the later part of the 20th century, subsequently being used as a barn in its entirety.

Building since restored from 2007 to 2010.
