Description
18th/early 19th century building of two storeys, now subdivided into three.

The front elevation has roughcast render and a slate gabled roof with red ridgetiles, and a tall stone stack to the left. The ground floor has a plain, modern, roughcast arch with a wrought iron gate to the right, a modern shopfront to the left of this, and to the left again is a round-arched doorway to 35b. This doorway has reeded pilasters, a pediment, plain reveals and a plain fanlight, together with a six-panelled door, the top four panels of which are reeded and fielded, and the bottom two of which are reeded. To the left of this agin is second doorway to 35a, with a similar doorcase, the tracery fanlight being blocked. On the extreme left hand side is a second modern shop front.
