1. Tudor revival, two-storey and attic house, dated 1858. Red brick and pale stone dressing. Subsequently used as Quaker Meeting House.

2. Pagefield House the Quaker Meeting House in Swansea, was built in 1858. It is built in the Tudor revival style, as a 2 storey attic house, in red brick with pale stone dressings. This building is now Grade 2 Listed.
