A five bay building of stone rubble under a quarter hipped roof. The lower hall is entered from the gable-end facing the square. This has three first floor windows and a circular opening in the gable, below the clock tower. Both halls have five west facing windows. The upper hall roof has hammer-beam trusses on stone corbels.
The service buildings adjoining on the east replace earlier examples.
