A long rectangular building is shown on the 19th century Ordnance Survey maps. When visited in April 2008 there was a level area cut into the slope on its eastern edge. The area was 10m by 7m with a modern building to its south. The modern building had thick walls at its base and it may incorporate part of the former building. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 25 April 2008
