DescriptionProbably late C17 or early C18. Small two-unit, one and a half storeyed cottage, with cruck frame exposed in upper gable wall. Front wall rendered over rubble. Graded slate roofs with gable-end stacks. Central entrance; flanking windows are two-light casements with single ring cambered heads. Continuous outshut to rear.

Tan-Y-Llan is a former early-C16th, 2-bay cruck timber-framed hall-house with a sub-medieval single-bay hall open to the roof and a divided inner-room with chamber over. Now with C18th inserted floor and C19th brick and stone walls. Visited, Geoff Ward, 09/10/2002.
