Built for the Provincial Welsh Insurance Co. in 1861 and used as offices for many years afterwards (converted to public house more recently). Designed by R. K. Penson, architect. White ashlar faced, brick to rear. 3 storeys. 5 window range. Palazzo style (RAJ, RCAHMW, 11/12/03).
