DescriptionAt west end of Bridge Street, with side elevation to Castle Street. Complicated structure of possibly C18th origin, 1820 rebuilding & later C19th enlargement. 3 storeys withrendered elevations. Slate roof. 4 window late Georgian range faces War Memorial Garden.
Porch to main entrance has chamfered piers, bracket cornice and arched openings. Modern 4-bay range to right.
NW corner & rear is c1870 Gothic range similar in style to Town Hall. , which is by Lloyd Williams & Underwood, County Architects.
