Description
A pair of Mid C19 estate cottages, fronting the high street with Westminster Building to the right. Shown on the ordance survey of 1870.

A mirrored pair of cottages in Georgian style, constructed of large sandstone blocks, snecked and pecked, with quoins and a slate roof. There is a moulded eaves stone eaves cornice, and square hood moulds over the openings, which have chamfered surrounds. the doorways are grounped towards the centre, each with a flanking window, and with a further three windows to the upper storeys (central ones blind). Doorways have panelled doors with overlights, and the windows have stone sills and hornless sashes.

There are steep lean-tos to each gable end, in the sides of which are small 20th century windows.
