Small Arts and Crafts house built in 1914-16 for Dr Worthington by Maxwell Smith of Cambridge, the builders were Turford and Southward of Ludlow. Three storey and attic with roughcast and dark brick front in contrast to the Ruabon brick dominant in the town.
