Description
A roughly 190m east-west stretch of ditch at Glanmiheli was recorded as a cropmark feature in an area of generally level ground. A corresponding north-south ditch was also identified, but cannot be recognised on the relevant CUAP coverage. This putative ditch was section and a V-profiled feature, about 1.0m wide and 0.75m deep, was recorded.

Although it is possible that these features represent a Roman marching camp, this identification cannot be upheld in the absence of more substantive evidence.
