DescriptionBuilt in 1925 by Grayson and Barnish of Liverpool and Mostyn as a memorial to Rober Davies. Red brick with green slate roof and wide bracket eaves with eaves band; some freestone dressings. Dated rainwater head. 2 storey, 3 bay pedimented front surmounted by a bellcote and clocktower; boarded square base with clock faces to NW & SE; panelled parapet and urn finials; octagonal open bellcote and weathervane finial with ship emblem.
