Picturesque cottage situated to the south of the Presbyterian Chapel (NPRN:11246)
Early C19th, 2 storey, 2 window, small square plan, stone rubble blocks with brick upper gable ends and dentil eaves course, slate roof, central brick stack. Four windows around central door, all arch-headed two light casements, those on ground floor retain iron intersecting tracery.

Interesting survival of unspoilt workers cottage in local vernacular tradition with Gothicv Revival influence. (KAA, 11/08/03)
