This farmstead consists of 3 detached, early-mid C19th, stone-built & slated ranges that form a 'U' shaped plan, with the house overlooking an open yard, flanked by a combination barn range and cow-house range (see OS 25" map). The map shows a former pond below the yard and a small open structure above the house, not seen.
